The modular design of our Innopas SX tunnel pasteurizer allows the system to be easily configured. This enables a cooling tower or new configurations in the heating system to be incorporated into the existing installation space at a later stage, for instance. In addition, the pasteurizer can later be easily connected up to a CIP system or retrofitted with an energy flow meter. Our flexible speed regulation feature is also extremely innovative and unique to the market. This automatically adjusts the pasteurizer conveying speed to the speed of the line at all times, thus avoiding machine stops for optimum line availability. The spray temperatures of the individual zones are regulated accordingly, with the important process parameters, such as the pasteurization units and maximum temperature, remaining more or less constant. The machine therefore precisely adapts itself to your requirements and to the dynamic behavior of the line.
