Stuart has been involved in technical development and business development for over 40 years, with a specific focus on the red meat sector for nearly two decades. He has extensive experience in automation and robotics, and is also a past director of the Australian Packaging and Processing Machinery Association.
Stuart’s role with AMPC is focused on technology advancement to reduce injury rates and maximise yield and processing efficiency.
