With a background in FMCG, Barry spent 20 years developing and implementing new products and manufacturing processes or coordinating and running whole of business idea-to-market processes for some of Australia’s most recognisable food brands.
While immersed in this wide variety of products, projects, and opportunities Barry gained an appreciation of the power of belief, the importance of timing in delivering innovation and the benefit of asking questions.
For the last 10 years Barry's been part of a not-for-profit organisation focused on building connections, capabilities, and knowledge for Australian businesses across the whole food and beverage manufacturing and supply. In partnership with his industry experience, the ability to connect across Australia let me help food and beverage businesses focus and/or pivot in response to change, or implement new products or processing solutions.
Being part of the journey with many businesses, I’ve had a front row seat seeing the right input at the right time change belief, capability and ability to take their next step in positively impacting their business and their chosen markets and consumers.
